Privacy policy

What VodaBook collects, why we need it, and the control you have over it.

Last updated: 3 October 2026

We never sell your data

Not to advertisers, not to anyone. No advertising profiles.

Delete everything on request

Your account and its data, gone within 30 days.

VodaBook is operated by Teciz Everything. This policy covers the mobile app, the web panel and this website. We collect only what the service needs to work.

What we collect

Your shop account

Shop name, city, the owner’s name and Pakistani mobile number, and a securely hashed password. Passwords are never stored in readable form.

Customer records you enter

Name, mobile number and delivery address for the houses you deliver to. This data belongs to your shop; we process it only to run the service.

Delivery records

The customer, bottles delivered, amount charged, date and time. These are your shop’s books, so they are kept while the account is active.

SMS to customers

When a delivery is recorded, VodaBook sends the customer an SMS with the bottles delivered and the amount. These messages are sent by VodaBook, from VodaBook’s own SMS number, on behalf of the shop - not from the shop’s phone. The message names the shop so the customer knows who it is from. A shop can switch these messages off for any customer from that customer’s record.

How we use it

  • Recording deliveries, calculating totals and producing invoices
  • Sending SMS to your customers on your behalf - delivery receipts, bills and sign-in details
  • Signing users in and keeping every shop’s data separate from every other shop’s
  • Supporting you when you get in touch, and investigating faults or misuse

How long we keep it

Shop and delivery records are kept while the account is active - they are your financial history. On deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where the law requires us to retain records. Deleting a customer in the app hides them but preserves their past deliveries, so historical totals stay correct.

How we protect it

Everything sent between the app and VodaBook is encrypted, so it cannot be read on the way. Passwords are stored scrambled - nobody can read them, not even us. Only the VodaBook team members who run the service can open the live data. If a security problem ever affects your data, we will tell you straight away.
